Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Processing may take a little longer during weekends, public holidays, or busy sale periods.
  • Custom or personalized items may need extra time, which we will inform you about at the time of purchase.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer different delivery options depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

Please note: Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, location, and delivery method.
  • Free Standard Shipping is available on orders above INR [specify amount].
  • For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be shown clearly at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number. You can track your package on the courier’s website or through our order tracking page.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we ship only within India – to all states and union territories.
  • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas without courier service.
  • We do not ship hazardous or restricted items as per law.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international delivery.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes items from different warehouses or requires special handling, they may be shipped separately. If this happens, you will be notified.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We kindly ask you to check your package at the time of delivery.

  • We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means reshipping or refunding your order.
