Return & Refund Policy


Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of your delivery date. After 14 days, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
  • To be eligible, items must be unworn (except for trial purposes), with original tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase.
  • Each customer may make a maximum of 2 return requests within any 30-day period, calculated from the date of their last delivered order.
  • Returned products must be free from perfume or sweat stains.
  • One-time return shipping per order is free. If the same order is returned again for exchange or refund, both reverse and forward shipping costs must be paid by the customer for the second exchange.
  • If a refund is requested on a second return for the same order, Urban Setters will deduct the reverse shipment cost from the refund amount. All relevant shipping costs from our logistics partner panel will be transparently shared with the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • No returns or replacements for combo packs of innerwear or any undergarments.
  • No returns on custom print or embroidery orders.
  • Innerwear sales are final—no returns allowed.
  • Clearance or sale merchandise (apparel bought during offers) is not eligible for refund—only exchanges are permitted.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received, you will be notified by SMS or WhatsApp from our logistics partner that we have received your item. After inspection of the returned product, Urban Setters will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
  • When approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within two weeks.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If the refund is not reflected in your account after two weeks, please:
    • Check your bank or payment card statement again.
    • Contact your card company—processing times can vary.
    • Contact your bank, as there is sometimes additional delay.
    • If these steps do not resolve the issue, contact us at support@urbansetters.in.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a visibly defective or incorrect item, please notify us immediately on receipt, so we can quickly resolve the issue to mutual satisfaction.
